License agreement / copyright references

CONTRACT FOR FINAL USERS

The use of the programs "bikeXperience" and "CyclingDataManager" (in the following one "software") presupposes your agreement with the following points :

1. WARRANTY OF THE LICENSE

The authors assure a free license of the software to you, if you use the software for not-commercial purposes.

If you do not fulfill the requirements for the free use of the software, you may use the software up to thirty (30) days, in order to evaluate whether you want to acquire a commercial license. The license for a commercial use is a drop decision. The authors are in no way obligate licenses to give!

If you use the software free of charge under the conditions specified here, do not have a requirement on technical support any kind. The authors will render technical support however in the context of their possibilities.

2. LIMITED GUARANTEE

The software you "as it is" to the order posed, without guarantee on the part of the authors any kind, neither expressly nor implied, inclusively, but not limited to implied guarantees of the fitness, the suitability for a certain purpose or the nonexistence of a law breaking. The entire risk, which results from using or the achievement of the software, remains with you. In no case can authors liable made for any damage, equal which kind (inclusively, but does not limit to escaped profit, operating interrupt, loss of business information or any other financial damage), which from using, for which impossibility or defectiveness, the software develops to use,, even if the authors referred before to the possibility of such damage.

3. FURTHER RESTRICTIONS

They are not justified to back-develop the software (Reverse engineering), to decompile or disassemble. Property and copyright at the software are with the authors.

4. COPYRIGHT

The software is protected both by copyright laws and international copyright contracts, and by other laws and agreements over intellectual property.

5. MAINTENANCE

The authors are not obligated to ensure maintenance or a revision of the software however all maintenance or revision achievements is subject to this agreement on the part of the authors.

6. DISTRIBUTION
